The Bada Bling! Burlesque present, “Back in Business” with DJ Dance Party to follow!
The Bada Bling! Burlesque of Southern Humboldt are a dance troupe made up of an array of unique, beautiful, and strong women – writing, choreographing, and producing their own shows. Infusing their performances with variety, the Bada Bling! mixes the sultry and the sexy with the comedy and the cabaret while stylizing hip-hop to jazz, new world beats to the burlesque classics. With a strong focus on well-choreographed theatrical group pieces, dynamic solos, and creative costuming, the group brings the audience a versatile and dazzling night. Trained vocalists with original songs and a live band complete the experience.
Performing in front of hundreds at sold out shows, the Bada Bling! creates a professional style of entertainment that leaves the crowd whooping and hollering, laughing and inspired every time. Along with their own shows, the Bada Bling! has performed in Dell’Arte’s Adult Cabaret as well as with the dance production company Feet First. Believing that all women deserve to shine, the Bada Bling! offers an opportunity for ladies of all ages, shapes, styles and backgrounds to have their moment in the limelight, giving women courage and uplifting them to feel proud of who they are. Beyond enriching women’s lives and entertaining the towns, the Bada Bling! takes it a step further by striving to support our communities by fundraising for local non-profits. From selling cupcakes or hosting parties to performing full length theatrical shows, they make it their mission to Dance For A Cause! A few of the groups they have helped to raise funds for include: The Briceland Volunteer Fire Department, The Southern Humboldt Community Park, the Historic Garberville Theater and the Humboldt Community Breast Health Project.
