Moon of the Wolf (1972) is an American made-for-television Gothic horror film starring David Janssen, Barbara Rush, Geoffrey Lewis and Bradford Dillman. The story concerns a series of killings in the Louisiana bayou. The sheriff on the case believes that a werewolf is behind the murders. The film was adapted from a book by Leslie H. Whitten.

Werewolf in a Girls’ Dormitory (1962) is an Italian horror film directed by Paolo Heusch. A school for wayward girls is plagued by mysterious attacks by a strange beast with several shadowy characters suspected of being werewolves. The girls really are wayward as they wander off into the nearby forest every time the moon is full. A wolf, a girl, and three men meet their demise at the claws of the unknown throat ripper. Terror grips the campus as the search continues for the murderous monster. The girls at the creepy, isolated reform school wonder whether the cute new teacher is the werewolf terrorizing campus.
